Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Customised or personalised items (e.g. with handwritten messages) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
Lost or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit or returned due to an invalid address, we will refund the product price only. Shipping and gift wrapping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
