Red carnelian has been carved, traded, and worn for over six thousand years. The ancient Egyptians called it the blood of Isis — a stone of life force, bold action, and protection. Roman soldiers wore it into battle. Medieval seal-makers chose it above almost all other stones for its ability to take a clean impression. No two pieces of natural carnelian look quite the same. The colour shifts from pale amber to deep brick red, depending on where in the stone the iron settled as it formed.

This pair clusters four deep red carnelian beads at the ear, then lets three natural citrine nuggets fall loose below. The citrine catches the light differently from every angle — raw, uncut, each one its own shape. Against the carnelian, the contrast is immediate: fire above, warm gold below. The 18k gold-plated leverback sits flat and close. The cluster hangs forward and moves when you do.
